Photos are shared via a private gallery sent to attendees spotted on our platform. The galleries can be customized to reflect your branding or your client’s branding. The attendee receives only the photos they are in within a gallery branded for the event they are attending. You also have the option to select and share several curated Highlights photos with all attendees via their personal galleries.
You have multiple options for guest registration, including QR Code self-registration that can take place before, during, or after an event. Guests can quickly register with the QR code and then submit a selfie to get spotted.
We also offer nine other registration options, some of which are faster than guest-provided selfies, and all methods can be used in combination with one another.
Yes. For a true WOW effect, SpotMyPhotos allows photographers to deliver photos in as little as 2.5 seconds from snap to access upon the phone of the photo subject.
When your photos are shared is completely up to you. Delivery time is dependent on the workflow you choose (real-time sharing or sharing post-edit) and connectivity. If your photographer is in a location with no signal, photos will be shared when they get back online. But if they’re at a venue with high-speed internet, photos can be delivered in as little as 2.5 seconds if you’ve enabled real-time sharing.

Yes, SpotMyPhotos allows multiple photographers and or photo booths to stream to the same event or multiple events at the same time. Guests only need to enroll once per event to privately receive their photos from any participating photographer.

Yes. You can use SpotMyPhotos to collect emails, phone numbers, and answers to other survey-style questions as well, which can be shared with sponsors or used for future engagement. SpotMyPhotos will never use your attendee data for its own marketing purposes.
