Yes, we charge $29 for each additional set of 1,000 photos past your monthly cap. If you find yourself going over cap and paying for additional photos frequently, we recommend considering an upgrade to the next tier licensing plan.
We offer additional device licenses for $49 per device for simultaneously-used devices beyond the limitations included in your licensing plan.
Basic prompting includes up to two survey questions with some limitations on prompting times. Our enhanced prompting allows for up to to six questions with advanced customization and prompting options.
Yes. If you’re on a monthly license, you can pause your account when you’re not using it and resume whenever you’re ready—no need to cancel. All your galleries for your guests will remain in place.
